The Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i is a compact and lightweight astro-tracker that allows you to take spectacular long exposure shots of the sky in a wide field, using a reflex or mirrorless camera, or through a small direct focus telescope.
The new version of the Star Adventurer 2i is equipped with Wi-Fi connection for use with your smartphone: engage yourself in time-lapse photography, astrophotography and for programming long exposure shots directly from the App.

Power is supplied via 4 AA batteries (not included) or via a 5V mini-USB socket, compatible with common external chargers for smartphones.
 
For use it is recommended not to exceed 300mm of equivalent focal length of the lens; however, it is possible to self-guide via the ST4 port (since there is no motor on the declination axis, the guide will only be in AR) to improve tracking performance.
